The American Swiss Foundation's Leadership Summit is a two-day event that covers the dynamic and evolving relationship between the United States and Switzerland across core topic areas. Through insightful discussions with industry leaders and government officials, the content-driven program has been thoughtfully designed to build and reinforce relationships amongst participants.
The Swiss Re Centre for Global Dialogue has been purposefully selected as our venue for dialogue, relationship building, knowledge transfer, and the freedom to come up with new ideas in partnership with one another.

Past Programing
On June 3–4, 2025, ASF hosted its Leadership Summit at the Swiss Re Centre for Global Dialogue in Rüschlikon, Switzerland. The program brought together a distinguished group of business leaders, diplomats, academics, ASF Board members, and Young Leader alumni to examine the evolving U.S.-Swiss relationship in the context of the new Trump administration. Topics included economic policy, international security, technological innovation, and future industry trends. ASF is grateful to Swiss Re for their continued generous support.

On April 2-3, 2024, ASF hosted its Inaugural Leadership Summit at the Centre for Global Dialogue in Rüschlikon, Switzerland. The program featured 35 business leaders, diplomats, academics, ASF Board members, and Young Leader alumni. Topics included Energy, Environment, and Sustainability; Health and Biosecurity; 2024 U.S. Elections and their Global Impact; Liquidity Provisions during Banking Crises; among others. Over 270 individuals attended the Leadership Summit. ASF is grateful to Swiss Re for their generous support.
